How is the stone paving delivered?

Our stone is typically delivered on pallets via a tail-lift vehicle. The driver will lower the pallet to the nearest safe, flat, and level kerbside point. Please ensure there is adequate access for a large heavy-goods vehicle.

Do I need to order extra stone for wastage?

Yes, we recommend ordering an additional 10% to cover cuts, shaping, and any minor breakages that may occur during the transit or installation process.

Are the colors of the natural stone exactly as shown in the photos?

Natural stone is subject to variations in color, texture, and veining. While our photographs are highly representative, each slab is unique and may differ slightly from the digital preview.

What is your return policy for over-ordered items?

We accept returns of full, unopened pallets within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return haulage costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply.

Is the stone pre-sealed or do I need to seal it myself?

Our stone is supplied in its natural state and is not pre-sealed. We strongly recommend applying a high-quality breathable sealant after installation to protect against stains and weather damage.
